WebSell is a team of ecommerce specialists, integration engineers, designers, marketers, and support experts, spread across three continents and united by one focus: helping product-based businesses sell more online.

We’re a small team by the standards of the software industry, which is exactly how we like it. It means the people who build WebSell are the same people who talk to customers, understand their problems, and push the platform forward based on what they actually need.

From our engineering team in Cork and Poznań to our customer success and sales teams, every person at WebSell works on the same problem: making ERP and POS-integrated ecommerce simpler, faster, and more effective for the businesses that rely on it.

Maciej Torbus

General Manager

Maciej joined WebSell in 2017 as a software engineer. Maciej holds degrees in computer science from Wrocław University and the University of London. In 2019, Maciej transitioned into a software development management role. Maciej became GM of WebSell in 2025. Outside of work, he is a lifelong supporter of FC Barcelona.

Cillian McGillycuddy

Head of Professional Services & Marketing

Cillian has a background in B2B and B2C marketing, including award-winning agency experience with several multinational clients. He also spearheads marketing strategy for a number of Volaris-owned businesses. He holds a Master’s degree in English from University College Cork. Cillian is also a devoted Green Bay Packers and Newcastle United fan!

Alya Paulikovich

E-commerce Support Supervisor

Alya began her career at the company as a Junior Support Specialist in 2021 and now leads the support team at WebSell. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Management and International Business. In her free time, Alya enjoys traveling, photography, and rock music.
